Picture Problem* - Monday, February 25, 2008Hello, Meaghan Williams speaking and this is a cry for help!!!
I need pictures from this last trip as well as a few additional ones so that I am able to put them in the Photo Gallery.
With this new trip coming up in June I will also need sources for pictures and such. I would really appreciate it if someone did this for me!
Right now I have no pictures what so ever and I need people to help supply me them over this new year. If you have some pictures that you think would be a great addition to the Photo Collection then please send them to me at my E-mail address below:
webmaster-in-training@hotmail.com
I hope to be able to post some pictures as soon as possible, but I will need help to make that happen.

Important Message from MaryKay - Tuesday, February 12, 2008Kathy and I are working on the final list for the June trip to Washington D.C., Rome Georgia, and Cherokee N.C. Please answer this e-mail and confirm if you are going or not. Do not call, respond by e-mail. Kathy has a list that she is working from, but there were some question marks and we need to make sure before we start booking rooms. Also, because we will be gone 10 days, the per diem for each student is quite a bit.
Your self-help deposit for the trip will be $150.00. This is due by the May 15th. Please bring at least a $20 deposit to the next rehearsal (2/19), so Kathy can set up an account for you. Remember you are always welcome to sell CD's or have fund raisers to help raise your self-help money.
I also need Corey Still, Boomer Chuculate, Ashley Miller, Cassie Dry, Alyssa Fields,Samantha Poe, and Annika to contact me regarding a small group request for Saturday, Feb. 23.

Marykay's message to choir (Important) [2-7-08] - Thursday, February 07, 2008What a great evening! Thank you to all the students who sang for the opening of the Muskogee Health Center. You did a great job! Everyone loved you! Thank you to all the students who came to rehearsal tonight! I think we really made some progress! If you weren't there here is what you need to be rehearsing:
Amazing Grace all 4 verses in hymnal
What a Friend We Have in Jesus 3 verses
Orphan Child 2 verses
One Drop of Blood
If you are a new choir member and were not at practice tonight, remember to pick up a hymnal at the next rehearsal or e-mail me and I will send you the words for the songs to use until that time. All songs are on the Precious Memories CD.
The Dates to Remember are posted up on the choir calendar so please go visit it, but remember to ALWAYS call the hotline before leaving your house on rehearsal/ perfomance day in case of an emergency change in the schedule.

Choir Jackets and Winter Attire - Tuesday, October 23, 2007Mary Kay has been recently informed that the jackets purchased for the entire choir are not red but black. Mrs. Henderson is requesting for the choir members to buy gloves, hats, and scarves for the upcoming winter weather and events.
This goes for ALL choir members, not just Macy's. Everyone gets a jacket, so everyone needs to buy warm gloves, hat, and a scarf for parade wear. Remember, anyone showing up to a parade without proper attire (whatever is assigned for that parade) will not participate.
